Created by the founder of Escape L.A. and Escape Brooklyn, Las Palmas is near and dear to our hearts. This midcentury desert oasis was designed to connect guests with nature both inside and out. Inside the home, delight in the plant-filled rooms, especially in its private greenhouse filled with palm trees of all shapes and sizes, mature agave, flowering succulents and other plant life. A dining table in this space serves as the perfect host for magical dinner parties and drinks. Outside, Las Palmas’ unobstructed San Jacinto mountain views are enjoyed from its many outdoor spaces, including two patios, cowboy pool, hot tub, and an outdoor shower enclosed by Ocotillo plants.
Less than 5 minutes from Highway 62, empty lots to the east and west of the home keep this quiet neighborhood home, private. It’s less than 5 minutes to hotspots The Copper Room, Tiny Pony, Snakebite Roadhouse, and Awe Bar – plus loads of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and convenience/grocery stores. Fifteen minutes away, find Pappy & Hariett’s, Red Dog Saloon, La Copine, Giant Rock Meeting Room, and also the area’s lesser-known nature preserves like the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve and Pioneertown Preserve.
