Although Idyllwild has so many great rental homes, sometimes it’s just not practical to rent an entire house for two people. For traveling couples, we loved the laid back, vintage vibes at the Fireside Inn, which had the comforts of a cabin (like a kitchenette & fireplace in the bedroom) without the price tag of a full home rental. (Plus, if you’re like us, you’ll be outside most of the day anyway.)
